Ms. Adam is self‐employed as a consultant who offers consulting services to public companies and assists private companies with the listing process. She has extensive experience in capital markets and has been involved in over 50 private to public transactions. Ms. Adam earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia specializing in finance.
